Monopoly by d0bb0
Last year I lived in Bethnal Green (which for the purpose of this post can be approximated to Whitechapel), and now I have just moved into an apartment off Pentonville Road.
It struck me the other day that I am steadily making my way around the Monopoly Board – having progressed from the brown Whitechapel Road (£40 mortgage) to the sky blue Pentonville Road (a princely sum of £120).
If the sequence is to repeat itself, then by the end of 2009 I will either own the electricity company (possible with nationalisation I suppose), or I will be in jail.
